FAQs
How can I order an ice sculpture?
It’s easy. (1) Contact us to ensure your date is available, to share your vision and to get a quote. (2) Pay the deposit to hold the date. (3) Approve the customized sketch and get ready for an amazing event.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free within our service area for the majority of our single-block designs. Larger designs (such as ice bars) may have minimal labor cost added. When you talk with us to plan your event, we’ll confirm your event location and ensure it’s included. If your event is outside our local service area, additional delivery fee will be calculated based on mileage and time.
When is payment due?
To hold your date, a 50% deposit is due. The balance is due two weeks before your event.
How does set up and take down work?
We handle set up and our quote includes free delivery and set up. We make the take-down process simple by using disposable items. It’s customary for the venue staff to take care of this, but we can talk through specifics with you during our planning call.
How long does ice last at an event?
That depends on the design. You tell us how long you need for the ice to last, and we’ll ensure that your customized piece will last. For outdoor events, we’ll guide you on what to expect while planning the design. A pro tip: Avoid placing ice near fans. Just as a hair dryer evaporates the water from wet hair, a fan can cause ice to melt faster than usual.
What is your cancellation policy?
We hold your date on our calendar for you and turn away other work to make sure we can meet your needs.
If your event date changes, contact us to see if your new date is available. If we can reschedule, we’ll be happy to do so outside of peak seasons when we will have turned away other work to hold your date. If you need to cancel your event, any amount that has come due is nonrefundable.
How far in advance should I order?
The sooner the better, especially during peak seasons around holidays. Contact us and we’ll be happy to see if your date is available.
